STORY

THA was born in 2015 by events professionals with the aim to reinvent staffing solutions for Events and Exhibitions by providing a customized and flexible approach to staffing operations. The team focused on bringing clients top talent from the Middle Eastern market that were properly trained and briefed, ready to follow client guidelines and company quality charts, as well as providing operations management to make sure the staffing on site is effective, whether that included daily staff or employees for long-term assignments.

In 2021, THA was partly acquired by Armonia Group, a world leader in Soft Facilities solutions with a strong focus on the power of its people.

Since then, THA has further expanded its offering by developing three key divisions to the company: Event Staffing, Event Experts, and Corporate Staffing.
