EXPO 2020
THE REMIT
THA was appointed all staffing responsibilities for this event. Including the development of security emergency/evacuation plan, staff allocation planning, traffic management planning as well as liaising w/ Government Authorities- Including RTA, Dubai Police, and DTCM.
THE APPROACH
Rigorous sourcing efforts using Liveforce to recruit staff with a specific skill set, focused on managing luxury/VIP events, Staffing Plans and contingency plans. We establish to ensure seamless execution and handling of the event and guests by providing diligent training of all staff on protocols and guest handling taking into consideration the scale and stature of the event and guests.
THE HIGHLIGHTS
THA deployed 200 staff members for VIP guest handling during the opening and closing ceremonies.
THA managed the entire operations for the following Pavilions: France, El Salvador, Hungary, Morocco, and Luxembourg
