THA is a boutique staffing firm helping organizations complement their existing workforce by providing temporary staffing for the events, luxury retail and hospitality sectors.
THA was born in 2015 by event professionals with the aim of providing staffing solutions to clients through a customized and flexible approach. The team focused on bringing clients top talent who was properly trained and briefed, ready to seamlessly integrate into their existing teams. Technology and operational support ensured efficiencies were created throughout the process – inquiry through to deployment. THA leveraged the processes and its in-house team to bring this offering to a multitude of industries that spanned beyond events.
Today, THA provides skilled and capable staff to hotels, restaurants, retail boutiques and events, and has become a leader within the space.
In 2021, THA was partially acquired by Armonia Group, a world leader in Soft Facilities solutions with a strong focus on the power of its people. The marriage of Armonia and THA created synergies between the two established companies – and brought an added artillery of value propositions to the clients of THA.
Since then, THA has further expanded its offering and now operates under the following verticals: Event Staffing, Corporate Staffing, Event Experts and Hospitality.

As Managing Partner of THA Staffing, Yoann continues to inspire the team to constantly deliver the best quality service, allowing clients the capability of staffing their venues and events seamlessly, ultimately driving bottom line growth. Lahssini aims to provide the event and hospitality industry with unrivalled quality staffing solutions. She also ensures the team is looked after, keeping productivity and positive energy levels high in the Dubai office.

As Director of Strategy & Business Development, Shams leads the company’s vision as the top staffing solution in the region. Shams envisions THA Staffing as a disruptor of traditional staffing models, providing flexible and customised staffing solutions, including event staffing, experts, and corporate staffing. Most recently, he led the launch of THA Staffing’s fourth vertical dedicated to hospitality, and currently heads further expansion plans in the region.
