THA was born in 2015 by event professionals with the aim of providing staffing solutions for events, luxury retail establishments, and hospitality outlets. The team focused on bringing clients top talent who are properly trained and who can seamlessly integrate into a client site. Technology and operational support ensured efficiencies were created throughout the process. Today, THA is proud to be the staffing partner of many event agencies and luxury boutiques in the UAE and KSA.
In 2021, THA was partially acquired by Armonia Group, a world leader in Soft Facilities solutions with a strong emphasis on bringing value to its client groups. The partnership between Armonia and THA created synergies between the two established companies – and brought an added artillery of value propositions to the clients and freelancers of THA.
Since then, THA has been expanding its services by providing temporary and permanent staffing solutions in the region. From hostesses to event experts and from sales associates to front of house hospitality staff – THA is a one stop staffing solution to help clients achieve their goals.

As the Director of Operations, and with an exemplary eye for detail and deep-rooted knowledge of the staffing sector, Erika continues to bring exceptional quality to the services of THA Staffing. She has helped position the company as a leader in event and retail staffing by providing clients with unparalleled quality. Lahssini aims to provide the event and hospitality industry with unrivalled quality staffing solutions. She also ensures the team is looked after, keeping productivity and positive energy levels high in the Dubai office.
As Director of Strategy & Business Development, Shams leads the company’s vision as the top staffing solution in the region. Shams envisions THA Staffing as a disruptor of traditional staffing models, providing flexible and customised staffing solutions, including event staffing, experts, and corporate staffing. Most recently, he led the launch of THA Staffing’s fourth vertical dedicated to hospitality, and currently heads further expansion plans in the region.
With over 20 years of experience, Emma excels in event strategy, management, and content production. Starting in IT, she sharpened her project management skills and has since led operations and logistics for diverse events across the GCC. Emma was the first in the GCC/MENA region to earn the ILEA Certified Special Events Professional qualification. Contributing significantly to Expo 2020, she now leads the Event Experts business with THA, providing staffing solutions for the regional events industry.
