THE REMIT
Managing a team of untrained staff and volunteers sourced locally in Saudi Arabia for a large range of missions.
THE APPROACH
THE HIGHLIGHTS
Managing and executing staffing operations during Formula E (planning and event days),
Coordinating with Formula E Organizer and Agencies Area Managers,
Implementing processes/guidelines for all operations leading up to event days,
Combining all details in an Operation staff manual, to share and present during the training,
Scheduling and presenting training to local supervisors,
Scheduling and presenting training to local support staff,
Supervising all staff during event days,
Booking and managing Dubai based hostesses as local ambassadors for Premium Hospitality and VIP areas.
We implemented a complex training of 8 days for staff and management and got prepared for all contingencies to be able to react to any situations according to the area.
